FAQ’s

Q. How much time will I need to set aside?

A. This is really up to you. Since this is not a programme or a course its very flexible. Ultimately, it's your journey, and your commitment. The more you put in, the more you will get out.

The Facebook Community is always there and you can choose to be as active as you wish.

There are 1-3 live events each month to choose from which you can tune into live, or watch on replay. Since this is not a programme or a course you only chose what you are interested in. All our topics revolve specifically around health and wellness for women 40+

In addition, each month I run a challenge in the Facebook group which can be as little as 5 days to 10 days. Everything is optional, so you pick and chose what you want to take part in.

Q. Once I join do I have to stay for a minimum period?

A. No. It's an automatic monthly subscription (like Netflix!) that goes out on the same day every month, based on the day you joined. You are not tied in, and if you wish to cancel you can do so anytime. We just need 72 hours notice, no questions asked!

You are locked in on the price you joined at for the length of your membership. If you cancel and wish to rejoin at a later date, the price may have gone up.

Q.What result might I realistically get from being part of the community?

A. Results depend on your individual needs and goals, as well as your commitment to making positive changes in your life. However if you are committed you can expect to make new friends, have loads of fun and feel part of a community of like minded women who support, encourage and motivate you while you:
